Trying for the past 15 min to post but anything I do is refused as spam (tried to edit the post in various ways)- What's up !?



I yes the issue described is genuine and would appreciate help...

We use the YetAnotherForum forum engine (YAF) to run this forum. The YAF algorithms detect spam automatically. We opened the log and found two records related to your username:

Spam Check detected possible SPAM (The user posted 2 urls but allowed only 1) posted by User: ***, post was rejected

Did you really try to put 2 URLs into your post? If not, send us the body of your post for the further consideration. It may be a problem in the YAF engine, and if so, we will pass the information about this issue to the YAF developers.

Well I tried to "put" two screenshots into my post - my understanding is that the forum software does not have a facility to host images, so I guess that the only was to achieve this is through links... so yes, I did.

I have now amended my post to have only one image and it was successful...

We have fixed this issue by fine tuning the forum parameters. Now posts can contain up to 3 images not to be classified as spam.
