I know that we can hide an entire column by setting the visible property but is it possible to show the header for a column but hide the contents of all rows in that column? To be clear, I want to show the HEADER for a column but have the VALUES of all the rows in that column hidden.

Do you need a switch (checkbox, etc) you can use to show/hide the cell values in a column? You can use the CellDynamicText event for that.

EDIT: I was able to simulate a hidden value by setting the font to the same color as the background color. I still hope there is an actual property I can set but this is working for now.

There is no such a property - use the aforementioned event instead. It will work much faster than setting the font for every cell.
