In a next release, why not to implement the ability to automatically hide the scrollbars when the mouse is outside the grid and show them again when the mouse is inside the grid ?
This effect would be nice.

Another effect should be to implement the Hot-Track Row Highlighting (with colors option).
I know it is possible to do that by coding but this feature should be a standard in iGrid.

Regarding scroll bars: you are not the first who suggested this, so we will keep this idea in mind when implementing new big updates for iGrid. A related idea for the current version is the following: you can make the scroll bars semi-transparent if you want to provide more space for your cells.
