By default, the form will load as per the initial set size and also the width of the column in the grid.
Is any function to auto-resize the column width evenly as per the increased grid width size when the form is resized?

Please give your valuable suggestion or any idea.

iGrid ActiveX does not provide such a built-in feature. However, you can implement it yourself using iGrid members. See an example of that called 'Auto-resizing of columns to have equal width' in the online library of extra samples for iGrid:
