Does iGrid give us the possibility to set cell borders? For example I would like to make the border between two columns 2 or 3 points wide.

iGrid cells do not have properties to control their borders. You need to use custom drawing to implement what you need. I think the most appropriate events for that are BeforeCellContentsDraw/AfterCellContentsDraw, which are generally used to add some extra graphical elements to the standard cell contents.
