I was able to port the access code and with some research realized that the ctimer.enabled property was no linger in v7 and incorporated into the .interval property drag rows now works.
However, once rows have been moved how is/are the changes (single or multiple contiguous or multiple non-contiguous) committed to the source Worksheet?

As we understand, you upload the worksheet cells into iGrid so iGrid just stores a copy of your cells without any link to the original data. If so, you need to implement your own strategy that tracks row movement in iGrid and reflects this change back in the worksheet. Perhaps, the easiest way to do this is to copy the contents of the whole iGrid back to the worksheet to replace all old values with the new data.
