After downloading the archive with the iGrid CHM help and unpacking it, you open the CHM but can't view its contents:

It's not a problem of the iGrid CHM, you can face this problem trying to view any other CHM file, especially if you downloaded it from the Internet.

A solution that helps to solve the problem in 99% of cases is the following. You need to unblock the file that came to your pc from the Internet zone. To do that, open the file properties dialog and click the Unblock button:
