I purchased iGrid v7.5 to use in a new 64-bit Access project. I also have an older 32-bit Access project that uses a previous version of iGrid and I plan to upgrade it to the latest version.

I have two questions.

#1 The single file iGrid750_10Tec.ocx is used for both 32-bit and 64-bit version of Access, correct?
#2 Since this new version supports 64-bit Access, do I still use Regsvr32.exe to register the new version of iGrid?

#1: No, it is only for 32-bit apps.

#2: Yes, use the same regsvr32 utility to register the new OCXs.

I purchased the wrong iGrid? How do I purchase the "modern" version that includes BOTH 32-bit and 64-bit versions?

I think there are two separate files.

The version holding both 32 and 64 bit is 7.5.0045. The latest retail version I've received is 7.5.0025.

That is the version I purchased but it only included one file. I owned a previous version so naturally I chose the renewal purchase option which is a little less expensive.

The retail package for the latest version (7.5 build 45) contains 3 OCXs: the classic iGrid OCX in the Bin32 folder (iGrid750_10Tec.ocx) and the 2 modern iGrid OCXs in Bin32x64 (iGrid750_10Tec_win32.ocx
and iGrid750_10Tec_win64.ocx). You need the last 2 and you should find them in the retail zip package.

The email I received on June 13th from MyCommerce contained a download link for: iGrid.7.50.0025.Retail.zip

It is an earlier build and only contained one OCX file in one BIN folder. There is no Bin32 or Bin32x64 folder.

Sorry, there was a problem with updating download links in the payment processor. It has been already fixed.

The download link to the retail builds of iGrid 7.5.45 was sent to your email stated in the license renewal order. Confirm that all is ok now, please.
