I would like to use ellipsis button and cellDoubleClick together and I don't know how?
Because:
For use cellDoubleClick I have to use readOnly = True or it will be edit mode but in the readyonly mode ellipsis button doesn't work... :(

If we understand your question properly, you need to prohibit cell text editing by double click but allow the user to press the ellipsis button in the cell.

You need to use the RequestEdit event for that. Here is the corresponding excerpt from the documentation for the iGCell.ReadOnly property:

Note that this property affects the cell ellipsis buttons. If you want to make ellipsis buttons clickable but prohibit the editing of cell value, you should handle the RequestEdit event and set its DoDefault argument to False.
