IGrid 7.50.0142
Microsoft® Access© 2021 MSO (Version 2406 Build 16.0.17726.20078) 64 Bit
Access says it loses the connection to the control.
Remarkable. When I delete the control, and insert a new one. It is not iGrid0 it is counting bigger. I am now hat iGrid6.

Most likely, the version number is 7.50.1045. We never released iGrid 7.5 with the build number 142.

When does Access lose connection to the control? Does it happen when you switch from design view to form view? Does it happen for every iGrid or just one specific iGrid in your app? Can you reproduce this behavior in a brand new database?

As for control naming, this is a part of Access design time functionality. We have no control over this process.

The version number comes from a twinBASIC test.

Now I understand. This was one of the internal preview builds we sent to you for testing. You can remove it and download the official demo version from our website. The modern edition of iGrid for 32/64 bits included into the demo installation has the version number 7.50.1045. Try it.

Antivirus software may erroneously identify installation apps or OCXs as potential threats. Our customers encounter this problem from time to time, but the root of the problem is in the antivirus software - their threat databases or heuristics they use to check executable contents. Our software is digitally signed and should not contain any viruses or threats of another kinds. You can report this problem to the developer of the antivirus, but in many cases the problem goes away on its own.

As for your technical questions you asked in the email, there is a problem in your code and iGrid warns you about it by displaying the corresponding error message. I'll describe all this in detail in my email answer.
