Delivery Policy

Once your order has been successfully processed, you will receive an email from the payment processor with instructions on how to download and install an unlocked copy of the purchased product. The receipt by you of this email will constitute delivery by us to you of the product you purchased.

In case you are unable to download the product you purchase or you do not receive an email from the payment processor with instructions on how to download and install an unlocked copy of the purchased product, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the product you purchased will be considered received, downloaded, and delivered to you.
